Monday to Friday 11-14 we serve different dishes at our lunch buffet. However, we do not go out with a fixed menu but want to be able to create at the moment depending on the availability of good food.
We always try to think of seasonal food in order to make the best use of the raw materials we have nearby and to think long term and sustainably. Our ambition is to always have good vegetarian options on the menu. We have chosen to only work with meat and poultry from Sweden, it is better for our health, the environment and a sustainable society.
